You can set a booking up to be a recurring booking, this means it will repeat multiple times.

restrictions for bookings between specific dates and time periods. For example, the time when the users won’t be available to assist a customer like Public Holidays, Break Time, etc. So knowing this prior booking will help the person to re-arrange the booking for some other available time. This will help the warehouse function efficiently and productively.
To record a restriction entry, go to your booking diary and select the site code at the bottom.
Now right-clicking anywhere in the diary will show two options- New Booking & New Restriction.
Click New Restriction to record an entry.
Select your restriction type.
Type in the details if you wish to.
Select the date and time period when the booking will be restricted.
Click the Recurrence button to repeat the restriction between the days and times you select.
When the Recurrence button is clicked it will open an Edit Recurrence window where you can select your preferences.
