This tab is used to record the contacts against the customer, setup the Vision EDI reports which are sent to them, and configure the default notification emails.

Reports must first be scheduled in EDI in order to setup the contacts to receive them, this can be done by customer’s themselves via Vision CIS (User Profile) or by Vision EDI users (Scheduling Reports). |

GR | Goods received, if the contact should receive receipt advices for stocks received on a pre advice |
QA Release | If manufactured stocks are released from QA freeze / hold, should the notification be sent to the contact |
Short Pick | If orders are confirm picked with less stock than ordered, should a notification be sent to the contact |
Others | Other email notifications which the system generates, click the button and in the screen displayed tick if the contact should receive the automated email for the notifications displayed |
Invoicing
Tick the ‘Email’ button if the contact should receive all invoicing emails. If there are different contacts that you want to receive different invoice emails, use the ‘Specify’ button instead.

All of these 5 options must be ticked in order for the invoices to email. These do not all have to be set under the same customer contact, however, and can be spread across multiple. Only activating 1-4 of these 5 options will turn off the print option against the customer in Vision Invoicing if you have these apps linked. Re-enabling all 5 options will also re enable print against the Vision Invoicing customer.
System integration
If your customer integrates their own system (such as Vision Commerce) electronically with Vision using the file method (not API), you would normally set up a dummy contact/email address specifically for this purpose.
