Email Options

There are other new notifications which can be setup to inform customer contacts of specific events, the list in this window will continue to expand as new features are added.
In order for the contract to be notified they need to have a tick against the notification ID they want to receive information about and then you save the record
Invoicing - Specify
Tick the ‘Email’ button if the contact should receive all invoicing emails. If there are different contacts that you want to receive different invoice emails, use the ‘Specify’ button instead.

If your customer integrates their own system (such as Vision Commerce) electronically with Vision using the file method (not API), you would normally set up can setup a dummy contact /email address specifically for this purposeaccount to receive the information.
