This screen is used to add and store the additional charges.

  • The Automated Charges are already placed pre-installed in the system, you will be able to select if you would like to use and the Standard Charge for themRecord additional charges against order and charge to the customerto select and apply the charge tick the ‘Use’ box and untick to deselect.

  • Additional charges can be added in the use defined charges header. Click in the add new row and and type the charge description and standard cost. Once the charges have been set up they can be used to add additional charges against deliveries. If at any point these charges become redundant, tick the ‘Archived’ button and the charges will no long show up in the list of additional charges that can be used against the delivery
