BI User Manager
When this button is clicked a new ‘Report User Maintenance’ window will be opened, where you can control the access to Enquiries and Reports as well as manage Report Designer Users.
There are two tabs in it:
User Group Maintenance
User Maintenance
User Group Maintenance
Within the User Group Maintenance, you will be able to specify which reports each Group is allowed to access within the BI enquiry facility.
Notifications User Maintenance
This will open a screen forThere are separate sections for Enquiry View Permissions and Report View Permissions for the selected User Groups. You can also filter to easily find and enable the view permissions.
User Maintenance
Using the Report Designer Users section, you can enable which user can have complete access to the BI reports. This includes creating, editing, printing, and downloading reports.
Notification User Manager
This screen will allow you to select the User Group or
User to receive the selected type of Notifications.
You are only able to have a group or a user set up against each notification
If you are log in, notifications will show up on the screen at the bottom of the screen

Click the bell icon to view the notifications and dismiss them.
