  • VCIS Entry through the website (where available) where your customer enters the information

  • EDI XML Pre-Advice files (where available) directly from your customers' systems

This is the first point when the items arrive in the WMS, you have to accept from here to make them available in the main WMS.

Using the Goods In Maintenance option you can cancel the standard and EDI Pre Advices which are duplicates of the automatic system created records.

The Shipments page will display all the incoming shipment information and you can export the details too.
