The booking diary allows you to not only see an overview of what is booked, but will allow you to add new bookings, mark time where bookings are not allowed.

When you open the DIARY option you will be presented with the following screen.

The style of this page is similar to Outlook Calendar and you can view either day, week or month view and for warehouse operators looking at whats coming next the timeline / agenda view shows details.

In the weekly view you will see booking references, along with transports and up to 3 purchase order numbers, where there are more than three on a booking it will show ….. to highlight there are more and you will have to open the booking to view this.

The monthly view will show everything over the calendar month.

Available Options

  • 3PL Collections - off by default but this will show any orders marked as collect from warehouse.

  • Manifests - off by default, when switched on this will show manifest collection times as specified on the distribution system (load times)
