What are certificates
This is an optional module where the system can raise certificates of storage for items held in the warehouse, predominantly used for private customers who store fine wines within the warehouse and give the customer confirmation of when the stocks arrived.
Do you need a license?
Yes a license is needed to run this optional module.
How do you use this?
When the form opens you will have the option of 2 tabs.
Certificates - Not Issued
Certificates - Issued
The forms only show customers who have the certificate function switched on, to enable this you need to use the customer maintenance/setup.
All fields are ready only, you can only search and then output a certificate.
Certificates - Not Issued
This will list all stock that has left the warehouse where a certificate can be requested.
Standard filtering and searching options are available on the tab on the right side. To filter use the fields at the top and press the search button.
In order to issue the certificate the user needs to have access rights for this module, they will be required to enter their username and password before the Issue buttons can be pressed

Issue and Export | This will issue and export the certificate as PDF to an email or print |
Certificates - Issued
Once certificates have been issued you can search for the stock item in this tab.
In order to search, you must enter customers code as a minimum
You can reprint or export the certificate, same as the options on the creation.
