Login
When you first open VCIS you would be shown in the Login screen
To use VCIS, you would need to have your email address and Customers that you are able to have access to, this is set up by your warehouse company
If you have access to the Vision Warehousing you are able to create this, for more information please see Configuration Group VCIS
First Time Viewing
The first time viewing VCIS, you would be asked to update some Security Questions (Memorable Place and Memorable Date) and to set your Multi-Factor Authentication
This might be asked if there are no records for them.
Security Questions
This will be asked to set against your login two questions Memorable Place and Memorable Date
Once this has been set this can’t be changed from the screen - this will be only changed in the database

Invalid Credentials
If you have entered the login credentials incorrect on the login screen, you will see underneath the login credentials “Invalid Username and Password”
Enter the details incorrect too many times, your account will be locked and you will need to contact your system administrator
GDPR
If the Customer Code and Site Code that you have access to, the following message will show if the customer details have not been verified for 12 months.
Click on Go it will take to the user to the Accounts Audit screen above. Click on Cancel, the user can carry on without verify the account. The message will re-show when the user logs in again.
Forgotten Password
You are able to reset your password without contacting your system administrator, by clicking on Forgotten Password on the Login screen
Email Verification
On this screen, you enter the email address that you wish to reset the password for.
You will not be able to click on Next without entering a valid Email Address
Security Questions
On this screen, you will enter specific characters from your Memorable Place and Memorable Date.
The Characters might be in a different order each time you do this.
Your Memorable Place and Memorable Date is what you set up when you first login.
You will not be able to click on Next without entering the characters that are needed.
If you entered incorrectly you will see in the top corner a message.
Code Verification
Once you hit next from the previous screen - VCIS will send a VCIS User Verification Code email to the email address you enter on the Email Verification screen.
You will not be able to click on Next without entering the code.
Reset Password
On this screen, you will enter your new password for your login. You will need to enter the password twice.
Once you have entered the password the Finish will change that you can click on it and it will return to the Login screen.
