Invoice Data

This option is obsolete and was for a function related to the REPORT - Flash Sales which was previously used by a customer, the functionality has been removed.


Rate Update

This screen will allow you to create a New Rate based on an Existing Rate and Increase it by a Set %.

If you wish to change the Current Rate Band to one that is already setup in the system, you need to enter the Rate you wish to change it to in the Rate Band new column.

  • Then click Save, and it will update in both Customer Maintenance and any Products Setup with the Current Rate for this Customer. 

Only one Type of Charge can be updated one at a time

Using the Increment as New Rate will allow you to create a new Rate Band.

Results section

This section shows a list of Results based on the values you entered in the filter fields in the Search Criteria section.


Transfer

This screen will allow transferring existing Customer information to a new Customer Code.

If you wish to create a New Customer with the same Attributes as an existing customer you can use this function rather than manually Creating the New Customer.

This will not copy any Stock Records over, it will only copy the Customer Attributes

The Transfer button will create a new Customer record with the attributes as selected in the New Entry, Customer Attributes and Customer Product Attributes sections.

You are able to select from the Customer Attributes and Customer Product Attributes that you wish to transfer to the new Customer


PII

This screen provides Data Management Orders and Customer's PII (Personally Identifiable Information).

Orders

For the Orders, you would be able to select the order and use the Forget Data to remove the order from the list.

  • A message will populate to confirm that you wish to remove all PII data from the selected orders. You will need to click OK on this message

  • Once you have clicked on OK to the confirmed message, another message will confirm that PII data has been forgotten successfully

This list will show Orders completed more than 14 days ago that are ready to be forgotten filtered by the values you entered in the filter options.

Double-clicking one of the Orders in the list will open that Order in the Sales Orders screen.

Customers

This will show all the customers in the system and when the customer's GDPR was last checked.

Double-clicking one of the Customers will open the Customer Maintenance screen

  • If the Customer is Anonymous, and you have rights to view you would need to enter your password to view.


System Products

This screen will allow you to update the System Products that have invalid product codes for the customers

You can enter the New Product Code or you may wish to use the Lookup that will use the Vision Live Search

Using Vision Live, this will work with specific Product Types - depending on the setup of the Product Type. Vision Live is normally set for Product Type Wine.

Bulk Products

Overview

You can create or update product information in bulk by extracting and reimporting the data.

You can create new products using the ‘Generate’ button, which will upload data to the system. There is an option for editing existing products. In this case, you need to enter the customer code, and site code, select the product extract option and click the ‘Extract’ button to fetch the existing data.

There is an option to Upload a Completed Spreadsheet.

Create New

You can double-click an entry to create the individual product or select multiple or all, then click the ‘Create selected’ button to create those products in bulk.

Flag → Indicates that user left one or more mandatory fields unfilled.

Double-click the entry to create products in bulk, if the brand doesn’t exist, you can create one, and the system will direct you to the Product Maintenance window.
