We are trying to show customers an outline of what is planned over coming releases, sometimes we need to change those developments. Customer comments are welcome prior to the start of each feature, once we start the objectives are defined and we will code to the specification, so if you want to know more about something then you need to speak to us before we start making changes.

Vision Commerce

Advanced Orders - Replacement of EP Ordering.

The Advanced Ordering will replace the existing En Primeur operation within Commerce, this will offer the following

Advanced Ordering of products (formerly EP ordering
- Allocation of incoming stock to fulfil orders with customer notification
- Advanced invoicing for product only
- Invoicing for duty and vat, delivery charges and sundries at the point of allocating the stock to the advanced order
Broking Lists from Other Suppliers
- Sell items to your customers and invoice in advance
- Generate a purchase for the item you are selling to the customer
Quotations
- Provide a quotation to your customer
- Automated customer authorisation of the sales quotations to turn into a real order
- Transfer a quotation to a sales order.
