| Vintage | The Year of the Product | Read only field |
| Producer Name | The Name of the Wine Producer | Read only field |
| Case Size | The Case Size the Product is set up as | Read only field |
| Price List | The Price List the Product is set up on | Read only field |
| Case Price | The Price of a Case as set up on the Price List | Read only field |
| Bottle Price | The Price of a Bottle as set up on the Price List | Read only field |
| Stock | The Amount of Stock you have of the Product | Read only field |
| Last Product Receipt | The Date you Most Recently Landed this Stock | Read only field |
| Last Movement | The Date of the Most Recent Movement of this Stock | Read only field |
Once the results of the Report are retrieved you can filter on 1 or multiple fields to only show some records as per any search criteria you enter.
Once you have the records on screen that you wish to see, you can if required extract the information in an XML 
, CSV 
or PDF 
format by clicking on the buttons at the bottom of the screen which will email the results.
