| Overview | A stock snapshot can be created to provide customers with stock information at the time of day it has been run. This data can be used to run stock comparisons and reconciliations or just as a general stock sheet. This will list all rotations, so product codes will be shown multiple times, one time for each rotation |

| Delivery & Scheduling | The report can be scheduled to run automatically on a daily, weekly or monthly basis or you can schedule this via the VCIS site. The stock file will normally be emailed to your email address(es) as an attachment to an existing message. |

| Limitations | Products with ZERO stocks will not be included in this export, this will be introduced from April 2017 onwards As Vision Warehousing can store Rotations with varying levels of singles per case, at rotation level you get the information stored for each rotation. |
