Clear order - stock movement type

When using "Clear Stock" and the user selected a "Stock Movement Type" of "GB Warehouse Underbond", if their system is configured to only allow underbond stocks then the user had to manually remove the duty paid rotations in order to save the order and pass all order hold checks.

A new movement type of "GB Warehouse Underbond (DP allowed)" has been created for customer systems with this setup.

Intra Vision PO - no sale movement types

To support a customer moving stock from a 3rd party warehouse to their own bonded warehouse, changes have been made to introduce new sales order types "Ownership Retained' & "Ownership & Rtn Retained'. 

These can be used from the order screen and stock clear screen they ARE designed to be used with the Intra Vision PO functionality (which system delivery addresses are required to use). 

This informs the receiving Vision warehouse of goods due in and can now set the "Owner changed in UK" field correctly for "non sale" movement types such as these.  The current rotation can also be sent to the destination warehouse to be retained (instead of having to allocate a new rotation) with the other new option available, however for now it"s necessary to use the 'Full Rotation Qty" option if using this.

The EDI Pre Advice import now also supports fixing the "Owner Changed in UK" flag (if supplied in the submission).

Clear stock procedure

Additional processing functionality and logic has been added to the clear stock functionality.

More information is available on screen when selecting the warehouse locations to pick from, e.g.  no of rotations, no of unique products, cases, singles in addition to the total in singles.   The cases and singles figures are a sum of each rotation (not recalculated) and a calculated total is now also displayed assisting users when attempting to build a set number of pallets, for example.

A new option "Full Rotation Qty" now allows users to move all stock for a rotation if it exists in multiple locations. 

Another new "Pay Duty for Stored Rotations" option is also available, if using this a list of rotations and their quantities must be sent to the support team to load into the system so that when they"re cleared they"re split on to a separate "GB Duty Paid" order to have their duty paid.
