SO Code Lists

In order to shorten the Sales Order XML information page the code lists have been added below. The code lists contain the code to use and the reason to use the specific code.

A - Standard Warehouse Order Codes (HD2)

B - Customs Warehouse Order Codes (HD2)

P	Pay all Duties	GB Payment of all duties prior to the goods leaving the warehouse. (not NI) (Would take DP stock before Underbond stock - all stock would leave with duty paid)
X	Export Order	All orders going to countries outside of the EU or GB
U	Underbond Movement	GB Underbond Movement of goods (not Northern Ireland)
E	EU Movement	Underbond Movement into the EU Customs union
N	NI Duty Paid Movement	NI Duty Paid Movement (BT postcodes)
K	NI Underbond Movement	NI Underbond Movement (BT postcodes)
D	Diplomatic	Deliveries of goods to diplomatic approved addresses, requires C426 field being completed
T	Transfer Order	Sending goods within the same warehouse group from one customer account to another (irrespective of the site) You can not send use this to transfer from a bonded to non bonded customer.
S	Ships Store	Underbond movements to ships stores
V	Visiting Forces / NATO	C185 form field is mandatory.

C - Special Movements Order Types for Customs Warehouses (HD2)

This can only be used if your warehouse specifically approve you to use these codes.

M	Manufacturing	Taking bulk stocks and producing bottled stocks
O	Other	Other use where the duties are not paid
B	UK Underbond (DP Allowed)	UK Underbond Order where DP stock is allowed, this is only used in warehouses where their standard type U order will not allow DP stocks.
Q	Transfer and Pay Duty	This is another form of Type T order where you can transfer stock from your holdings to another account and in doing so you can pay the duties on the stock Will be available 2022

D - Sales Order Type (HO1)

9	eFullfilment Sales	Where the order is a sale and warehouse are delivering but it needs to go through the fulfilment process
20	Gifts	Items which are being paid for by one person and send to another
29	eFullfilment Gifts	Where the order is a gift and warehouse are delivering but it needs to go through the fulfilment process
30	Samples	Items which are being sent Free of Charge
40	Personal	Items which are already owned by the person receiving the goods.
200	Direct to customers	No stock movement (used solely for invoicing purposes)
300	Direct Consignment	No stock movement (used solely for invoicing purposed)
400	Consignment Stock	stock leaving the warehouse for purposes of invoicing when the items have been used up.

Integrated Parcel Carriers - PCxxx Codes

This allows the process within the warehouse to be seamless, you select the parcel carrier, the order then is processed through a gateway to obtain your carrier consignment numbers and then when the goods are either picked, fulfilled or despatched a delivery label is produced along with a carrier manifest for the collections.

There is no manual search and find the labels to the case, manual printing or manual obtaining the labels.

There are many other carriers available the list above are those which we have implemented with a customer on any of their sites. If you are unsure then you need to speak with the warehouse in the first instance and they can then instruct us to add it in if we are able to do so.
