Confirmation

This is an optional part of the warehouse process and is not always used, however, if you are using Flex for the warehouse this section is automatically confirmed.

The confirmation is the confirmation of where you have placed the goods e.g. the location in the warehouse.

If you are using paper and you lose the put-away note for the goods without using this then you will have to manually remember where the goods were put away too.

The use of this is very simple

Select the pre-advice
Select the product line
Add the location (s) as needed and the required amount.
Confirm the Put-Away.

All the information is then recorded on the system and no need for the paper to be held.

This screen will also show if a product is on orders by the Orders Waiting field. This field is read-only.

If you are using FLEX you will see each line as it is completed will be removed from the view, so if you are refreshing the form you will notice it slowly vanishing, this is quite normal behaviour
