Following the installation of Vision Flex on your device, if this is the first time you've used the device on your system it will need to be added as a registered device before you can use it.
Registering your device
Start your device and open the Vision Flex application
On the login screen, open the settings screen by pressing the cog symbol
Take a note of the 'Device ID' shown
In Vision Warehousing, open Admin > User Management > 'Flex Devices'
Give the device a name, perhaps an asset tag number visible on the device, or the name of the user (only if it's dedicated to a single user).
Enter that 'Device ID' from above
Tick the 'Active' box
Tick 'Voice Enabled' if users are allowed to use the Flex Voice features on this device (a headset with speaker and microphone are highly recommended)
Click Save
Your device is now ready to be used
