the Goods Inwards section allows you to access all the information you need on the number of bookings made for the stock arrival and help you check the stock when itโs arrived as well as helps you put away the stock efficiently in the warehouse locations.
We have made some assumptions based on our standard workflow which may not work for all warehouses. However on flex many of those processes only take a few seconds to complete.

O/S Putaway
If you are locating full pallets or moving single items then this is the place for you where you scan the rotation label pick up the goods and take them to the location and confirm the quantity. This is like a bulk put away of items, the quantity is the total for the rotation.
Multi Putaway

Here you can pick up many items and put them all away at the same time in one or many locations. Unlike outstanding putaway, here the fields will be blank for you to fill in.
Find an Advice
Looking for an advice which is not on a booking ? You will be able to see all those here along with items on a booking.
If you need to search for a pre-advice by its Booking Reference number, UID, Customer name or code, Rotation number, and PO Number- you only need to fill in any of these fields and click the search button beside it.
Manufacturing Putaway

If you have a bottling manufacturing facility this screen will allow you to take the recently manufactured stock to the warehouse location.

Completion of goods inwards always requires the ADMIN parts of the goods received to be completed. Generally this is seen as an additional check on the warehouse put away process but also allows fiscal information to be recorded and customs movements to be confirmed. |
