Outstanding Putway

This screen shows a list of checked stocks that are waiting to be put away in the warehouse locations.

Press the item you wish to put away from the list, then you will be directed to the Putaway Location screen.

Or

You can scan the rotation label or type in the rotation number in the field at the bottom of this screen and press the Putaway button to reach the Putaway location screen.

Here the details of the item are prefilled including the quantity of the item remaining to be put away.

You need to enter the Location Name in the location field and enter the quantity as cases and singles.

If you type in the quantity to put away, it will be subtracted from the remaining quantity field.

Press the button PUTAWAY.

The entry will disappear from the list in the Outstanding putaway screen.

You can put away all the outstanding items like this.

If the stock requires a condition report, you will see the CR checkbox as ticked.

Now the condition report request can be a Quick Report or Professional Report.

Usually, the CR checkbox is ticked for the professional report. In this scenario, you need to give a Condition Booth name in the field for location. Here you will be putting away the stock to the Condition Booth to capture the image of product with professional equipment.

If it's Quick Report, you can create a report by simply pressing the camera icon near the CR checkbox and capture its image prior to putting it away.

The preadvice line will be saved with the put away quantity and the location.
