Flex - Stock Condition

This section covers everything you need to know about the Stock Condition Menu. It’s one of the several functions you can view in the Vision Flex app. Open Vision Flex and log in. You will see a green button. Click it to reach the Stock Condition Menu.


Stock Condition Menu

Stock Condition Menu will allow you to search for outstanding condition report requests, collect requested stocks, re-rotate the stocks, find the stocks that are awaiting in the condition report booth, as well as stocks that are awaiting put away after condition report completion, and you can also add new condition reports too.

View Requests

It’s the first button you will see in the Stock Condition Menu. If you click the View Requests button, Requests screen will open. Any requested Condition Report (by a customer or a user) will show here. 

Use toggle button to separate the Professional report requests (Condition Report Pro & 3D Report Pro) from Quick report requests. You can view the Rotation Number, Number of requested cases for the report, Date of report requested, and Location of the stock.

 

Notes provided by the customer when the request was made, press to read.

 

Indicates that requested stock will be re-rotated throughout the condition report process.

 

You can select the request by ticking the checkbox. Click “Take For CR” button to move the selected requests to “CR Collect" screen. This item will be allocated to a Flex user who will collect the stock from the warehouse. This prevents other users from attempting to collect the same stock.

 

 

 

 

Collect Stocks

Click the Collect Stocks button to open the screen that displays the selected rotations in the order of their location in the warehouse.

When you reach the location and has found the rotation, click the “CR PICK” button on the right side. Then the item will reach the “CR Location Move” screen. When you picked the item from warehouse location, the button “CR PICK” will change to status text “CR PICKED”.

For the items that are not yet picked, you can select those items and click “UNDO” button to put that item back to the requested section. Click “Drop All” button to move the item that is “CR Picked” to the CR Location Move screen again, this time to drop the item in the booth.

 


In Booth

Re-rotate, Awaiting CR, and Awaiting Putway buttons are used when the item is picked from the warehouse location and dropped to the condition booth.

Re-Rotate

Once the item moved to the condition booth, you can Re-Rotate the item. Click the Re-Rotate button in the Stock Condition Menu to open the screen. Re-Rotate option allows us to separate the condition reported stock to its own rotation, keeping the report unique to the stock reported on.

In Re-Rotate screen you can view all the rotations waiting to be re-rotated with the quantity, notes to warehouse (tap on the speech bubble to view the note), and Re-Rotate button.

Click the Re-Rotate button, then you will be directed to another Re-Rotate screen.

 

 

Here you need to click the Re-Rotate button again, and a new rotation number will be provided. Use the ‘PRINT’ button to print a new rotation label showing the new rotation, this should be applied to the stock. After you clicked print button, a pop-up message will ask whether you received the printout or not, if you haven’t received it the support team can help you with it.

If you received it, click ‘Yes’. Then another pop-up will ask you whether you wish to enter the report now. If you click ‘Yes’, it will direct you to the “New Report” screen where you can carry out the report. If you wish to do the report late, click ‘No’. So that you can do it later by accessing it from the screen, “In Booth Awaiting CR”.

 

 

Awaiting CR

Here, you can view the item that is waiting in the condition booth for its professional report to be completed. If you’ve Re-Rotated the item, then you would find the new rotation number displayed here. The screen can be filtered to show records in a single location using the filter at the top of the screen.

Press an entry to add the report. You will be directed to the “New Report” screen with pre-filled details of the item.

 

Awaiting Putaway

Here you will see the list of items that are in the Condition report location waiting to be returned to the warehouse location after the report completion.

Scan the rotations that you wish to put back or enter them manually in the field below. Then click enter. The selected rotations will be displayed under the section SELECTED TO PUTAWAY.

After your rotations came under the section “Selected to Putaway” press the button PUTAWAY at the bottom of the screen, it will take you to the CR LOCATION MOVE screen.


 

New Report

If you arrived at this “New Report” screen from the “View Request” screen in the order, then the details will show here automatically. If that’s not the case, you need to enter details manually.

Click the “Take Photo” button to take picture(s) of the stock. This picture(s) will be uploaded to Vision Warehousing where it will be visible from the application or from the VCIS website. 

Note:

  • Click the Internal / Public toggle button to Internal, to hide the Picture from Customers.

  • Click the Internal / Public toggle button to Public if you want the Picture to be visible to all.
