Accessing the options
All of the options below are accessed from the navigation menu by selecting the relevant option on the menu within the Logs section
When you select any of those you will be presented with the standard navigation / search form, and generally this is setup for the current day or for inwards for the current day, you can change this to whatever you want to within the log retention period you have set see Admin Menu Functions
Setting your search parameters will display the results on the top right form.

Application
...
this shows application notices which can involve modification of information and potential issues with the loading of incoming information. If you are missing something this is the best place to look if you can not find it in the history as it could have been completely rejected.
Complete rejections occur when the incoming data is corrupt or not formatted for import or even if an incoming request can not be identified.

Error
...
This displays errors which have occurred, generally these are seen when we try to generate outgoing information, a problem with the report or email address or the data would show up in here, if your customer states they have not received something it is worth looking at this list to see if an error occurred at the time the system tried to send the data.

History
For those items we do load, they will appear in the history tables, we split history into INWARDS and OUTWARDS as this log can become very busy. It will show each inbound entry and if it contains multiple entries it will split them into the individual orders or data types.
e.g. Orders information arriving containing 60 orders will show a single line for the inbound entry and then once it unwravels the contents it will show 60 entries for all the individual orders.

Notification
...
Notifications are generated for customers when there is an issue with the inbound information, where the file could be read but the information can not be pushed into the warehousing system without some assistance.
These are generally sent to the sending customer and can contain useful information allowing them to fix the issue but some data issues that are send in are not coded with english explanations (as it is impossible to capture every possible error and we are unable to control what they send all we can do is verify)
When you select an entry from the RIGHT-BOTTOM window you will see what was sent to the customer with details of all the issues we found at the time of processing.
An example is below
