The Application

When you open the application for the first time, this main screen is different to other applications because this is a transactional system, information passes through this hub and will only be held here if there are issues with the incoming data.

Opening Screen

Top - Menu	The menu and the options available to you
Left - Navigation	Entries to the queue / logs / reports / admin areas
Right - Top	used to display any relevant information or work space. There is a limit to the number you can open so you should close them after use, for more information Main Application \| Closing Workscreens
Right - Bottom	This only appears when you select Logs → Navigation and perform a search it is the return of the search results allowing you to select a specific return which is displayed in the Right - Top panel.

Closing Workscreens

There is a limit to the number of workscreens which can be opened at any one time, to close the workscreen you click the right mouse button on the tab at the top of the right part of the screen

You will see the Close option available just select this and the tab will close.

Menu Options


Admin - EDI Application Status	Provides the ability to see what the EDI server is currently doing, what it has done and when it last did it. Good to see if your services are running, they can stop simply by a terrible incoming file blocking the inbound queues. More information Admin Menu Functions
Admin - Validation Failures	Incoming data from your customers sometimes require a little help to make it into the system, this is where you can find out those needing the help and then update and resubmit them. More Information Admin Menu Functions
Admin - Housekeeping	Setting retention periods for log and history information is controlled from this page. More information Admin Menu Functions
Reports - Schedule	For full details see Scheduling Reports
