For those items we do load, they will appear in the history tables, we split history into INWARDS and OUTWARDS as this log can become very busy. It will show each inbound entry and if it contains multiple entries it will split them into the individual orders or data types.
e.g. Orders information arriving containing 60 orders will show a single line for the inbound entry and then once it unwravels the contents it will show 60 entries for all the individual orders.

Notifications are generated for customers when there is an issue with the inbound information, where the file could be read but the information can not be pushed into the warehousing system without some assistance.
These are generally sent to the sending customer and can contain useful information allowing them to fix the issue but some data issues that are send in are not coded with english explanations (as it is impossible to capture every possible error and we are unable to control what they send all we can do is verify)
When you select an entry from the RIGHT-BOTTOM window you will see what was sent to the customer with details of all the issues we found at the time of processing.
