To use this reason code on the EPOD device you must tick the ePOD available checkbox.

Check the ‘ReDelivery’ option if you wish the failed Delivery to create a New Delivery.

Check the ‘VW Return’ option if the Stock needs to be landed back into Vision Warehousing during processing.

These are used to record a failed delivery, where the entire order is being returned to the warehouse for either redelivery or where it may be landed back into the main stock system and order cancelled.
