VW User Maintenance
This screen is where you would set up any Users you wish to have access to the system and assign them to a User Group.

If this is a new user on the server you need to request a new user to be setup for the server before you add them into the user list here - more details at Licensing |
You would need to have the correct access rights to access this screen.
What does this screen show
This screen shows the username, the group the user is allocated, if they are restricted using the customer group, when they last login was, if their login is active and whether the system thinks this user is currently logged on.
User Addition / Editing
VW User Maintenance
This tab will show you all the existing users and where you are able to view/edit and create users.
You can see which user is active and if they are currently logged into the application.
Edit/View/Create User
If you ADD NEW or Edit a user you will see the form below.
Make sure you tick ACTIVE to be able to logon.
Options
email - this is essential as we send out many reports and enquiries and notifications through email.
Most of the other options are drop down, if you do not use Customer Group or Team those can be left empty.
default site - some of the forms in the system use the default site to speed up your access.
GDPR options
There are two options on the system which allow the user access to secure functions.
Can view PII - you can see personal info
Can view Anonymous PII - you as an administrator can still see personal info even when the user is marked as anonymous only.
This is the user default printers.
Some warehouse functions offer the user the ability to choose from a defined list
Your Printer

The Your Printer obtains the information from this tab in the setup.
If the user needs to place orders and withdraw stock from the warehouse you need to provide order rights which define which orders the user is allowed to use.

BI User Manager
Within the BI User manager youThis page covers the button options available on the main screen of the form. These buttons will be shown always on the bottom left side of the screen, unchanged while switching between tabs.

BI User Manager
When this button is clicked a new ‘Report User Maintenance’ window will be opened, where you can control the access to Enquiries and Reports as well as manage Report Designer Users.
There are two tabs in it:
User Group Maintenance
User Maintenance
User Group Maintenance
Within the User Group Maintenance, you will be able to specify which reports each Group is allowed to access within the BI enquiry facility.
Notifications User Maintenance
This will open a screen for There are separate sections for Enquiry View Permissions and Report View Permissions for the selected User Groups. You can also filter to easily find and enable the view permissions.
User Maintenance
Using the Report Designer Users section, you can enable which user can have complete access to the BI reports. This includes creating, editing, printing, and downloading reports.
Notification User Manager
This screen will allow you to select the User Group or user User to receive the selected type of Notifications.
You are only able to have a group or a user set up against each notification
It will sort it in the Site Code once you have entered which notifications are set up
