Use this screen to create a New Reason Code, these are used when a Delivery could not be completed or failed.
When using the Navigation to search for a Reason Code, this is under the Delivery Failure Code.Â
To use this reason code on the EPOD device you must tick ePOD available checkbox.
Check the ‘ReDelivery’ option if you wish the failed Delivery to create a New Delivery.
Check the ‘VW Return’ option if the Stock needs to be landed back into Vision Warehousing during processing.
Check the ‘Return’ option if you want the failed Delivery to create a Return during processing.
