Open the VCIS website in your browser. You will be presented with a login screen similar to the one given below.

To use VCIS, you will need an email address and customers that you are able to have access to- This is set up by your warehouse company.
If you have access to the Vision Warehousing you will be able to create this. For more information please visit the page -Configuration Group.
When you have multi factor authentication enabled you will have to use the code provided through your chosen method to retrieve this code which could be using whatsapp or sms or through an app
Once you have this code you should enter it into the box and press logon.
Security Questions
When you log in for the first time in VCIS, you will be requested to fill in the answer for a couple of simple security questions. For example, Memorable Place and Memorable Date. Then click the ‘Save’ button.
Once this has been set this can’t be changed from the screen - this will be only changed in the database.
Multi-Factor Authentication
To secure your online account a multi-factor authentication option will pop up on your screen right after you log in to the VCIS.
Click the ‘Go’ button to set it up.

Invalid Credentials
If you have entered the login credentials incorrectly on the Email or Password fields, you will be informed with a pop-up message - “Invalid email or password”.
If you entered the wrong email or password more than 3 times, your account will be automatically locked. In this case please contact the system administrator.
Forgotten Password
You are able to reset your password without contacting your system administrator, by clicking on ‘Forgotten Password’ on the Login screen.
Email Verification
On this screen provide the email address you remember or an active email address.
You will not be able to click on Next without entering a valid Email Address.
Security Questions
On this screen, you will be requested to enter specific characters from your Memorable Place and Memorable Date.
Your Memorable Place and Memorable Date are what you set up when you first log in.
You will not be able to click on Next without entering the characters requested. If you entered incorrectly you will see a warning message on the top right corner of the screen.
Code Verification
Once you hit next from the previous screen - VCIS will send a VCIS User Verification Code email to the email address you entered on the Email Verification screen.
You will not be able to click on Next without entering the code.
Reset Password
On this screen, you will enter your new password for your login. You will need to enter the password twice. Once you have entered the new password click ‘Finish’ and you will be returned to the Login screen.
