Switching from Email to API

Existing senders of XML format need to carry out some basic tests to ensure that API will work for their incoming XML transmissions. Further details of this can be found in Stage 3 testing mentioned below

The process is

  • Log a ticket to editest@visionsuite.co.uk requesting your API username and password.

  • Once received you will be set to TEST mode and you need to send test transmissions, when you have succesfully sent a few days worth of test transmissions let us know.

  • We will review those tests and if everything is good we will agree with you to set the flag to LIVE

The date of the change to LIVE will be agreed in advance.
