The menu options for enquiries and reports appear on most of the menus across all the different areas, they can be accessed using the drop-down options and you simply select the enquiry or report that you want.

Enquiry Name	Purpose

Sales Order	A list of all the orders and their status
Stock	All the stock you have of a product, where rotation numbers are used this is shown, also includes that rotations price
Stock Movement	Movements of a particular product or rotation batch of a product, also shows values of the movements.
EP Stock Availability	A listing per EP campaign of what is available (this is also the price list name as well)
Product Stock	Similar to the stock enquiry but this time a single line for a product, so no rotation information is showing

Customer Reserve Trading

If you are selling your customers stock on their behalf this report shows all orders placed for your cutomers OWNED reserves which have been sold on an order to another customer. You then pay your customer the commission agreed

Stock Movement Posting

This is only needed if you are running the ADVANCED - Stock Movement posting.

Every time you run the stock movement postings the transactions are placed in a batch and this report shows the batches with the ability to drill into them to see what was on it.

This is generally used when you have an issue in the financial postings as it provides you the full audit trail of what was posted.
