Despatch Orders

The Despatch Orders screen enables you to manually mark Sales Orders as despatched so that you can invoice them.


When your warehouse is sending you "Orders Processed" XML information the Despatch Orders screen will automatically be updated from this file, if there are issues with automatically confirming the despatch of the stocks then you will use this form to make the updates manually, please review the Warehouse Documents section.

 

Within the “Received from Warehouse” information, there is an option to ‘Check Status’. This would be used if you have not received any confirmations back from the warehouse.

Stock Movement Postings

The action of confirming the order as despatched actions a Stock Movement Posting and reduction in the stocks held on the system, if a warehouse is using rotations it is important to ensure the rotation number specified on the Despatch Orders screen is the correct rotation as we will post the stock movement and reduce that specific stock.
