Who does this effect | Any customer with Vision Distribution where they are using transport discount functionality when calculating invoice cases charge. |
The following functionality is finally being deprecated with the Q4, 2024 release of Vision Distribution and we will be moving the calculation of the Vision Distribution Invoice Cases charge from the original Transport adjustment field (shown in red below)
This will now be using the Product Group discount which is contained in the product groups, and instead of having to maintain potentially millions of products you will have to maintain perhaps a handful of product groups (see green box below)
In addition you can specify that a product will not have the product group discount applied (see green box above) which is set at the product level.
