Use this screen to Create a new or Edit an existing Transport Company.
TheĀ IDĀ field is a unique identification number that will be generated for this Transport Company the first time the Save button is clicked.
Transport Name
The name of the Transport Company.
Automated manifest printingĀ
Send Manifest PDF? -Ā When the job is finalised the service will poll the manifests and send the information (manifest) as a pdf to the email address if this has been ticked
PDF Email Address - The email address that it will send the information to.

The Automated Manifest Printing will be a licensed module and is still being worked on. It is not available for use yet.

All loads are individually priced - all costs could be different and they should be recorded individually for each manifest.
A fixed vehicle charge applies - the charge for a vehicle is always the same and is entered into the value in the field to the right.
The value field is write-protected until this option is selected.
Costs based on % of income - prices are set based - the charge for the vehicle is based on a percentage of the value we have charged to the Customer and that percentage is entered in the Value field to the right.
