If you wish to Create a New Reason Code, to be used when a Delivery could not be completed/failed, then you can Create a New Reason Code on this screen.
When using the Navigation to search for a Reason Code, this is under the Delivery Failure Code.
To use this reason code on the EPOD device you must tick ePOD available checkbox
Check this field if you wish the failed Delivery to Create a New Delivery
Check this field if the Stock needs to be landed back into Vision Warehousing during processing
Check this field if you want the failed Delivery to Create a Return during processing
