To speed up this process use a saved haulier, make sure it has the OUTBOUND selected and you can see that haulier in the transport code lookup here, it also will complete the majority of the fields on this page automatically from the transport setup. This leave you with some choice fields and the guarantee fields. |
Many of these fields are mandatory for an Underbond Order and will need to be completed before you can process the Order. The initial field ‘Transport Code’ is a selection field, where you can click the ‘F11’ key and select the transport from the list provided in the result grid below the screen.
