VC Dashboard will display an overview of the data that has been collected and saved in Vision Commerce with several widgets that contain different types of charts in it.
This dashboard will give you all the information you need at a glance. So that you can save time and find where you need to work on.
The dashboard will only appear when no windows or screens are opened in VC.
Please read further, to learn about each widget and what you can do with this dashboard.

Dashboard
The dashboard gives you an overview of the processes and results at a glance with several widgets that contains different types of charts in it. In the image given below, you can see there are Single number charts, Line charts, Pie charts, Doughnut charts, Stacked bar charts, and Funnel charts. You can resize and re-arrange all widgets based on your convenience simply using the drag function of your mouse. |
Export Data
A download icon will be visible on each widget while you hover the cursor over it.
Click this Icon to export the data to your system.
Reset Widget
The reset icon will be visible on each widget while you hover the cursor over it.
Click this icon if you need to go to the initial state of the widget. For example, some widgets allow drilling down into data. When you clicked this icon, you can return to the initial state of the widget.
Edit Widgets Button
On the bottom right side of the VC Dashboard, you will see a red colour button to edit widgets. When clicked, a list of all the widgets available will appear on the right side. Each widget has a button to Hide it. For the widgets that have already been hidden, there will be a Show button in place of the Hide button. You can click this button and make the hidden widget visible on the VC dashboard screen.

In the widgets explained above, the first two single numbered cards - PO incomplete and Products awaiting receipt is Purchase Order related, and the rest are sales order related. |
The following 5 widgets in the second row of the dashboard are sales or sales value-oriented. This sales value is taken by the “order date” and it excludes what has been held. All the figures(value) included in these different charts is the actual base currency of the customer(For example, GBP).
Sales Value
Sales Value is presented with a line chart which will give you an exact amount- the revenue- generated against the date. You can view this information by simply placing the cursor on each point of this line chart.
Sales by Account Manager
View the sales value that was produced in relation to each specific account manager. It’s presented with a Pie chart. Please hover your mouse over the chart to view the name of the account manager and their achieved sales value differentiated by different colours.
Click on a colour that represents one of the account managers and this will drill down into the graph further to show that manager’s customers and the sales value generated by this customer.
Sales by Customer Type
This pie chart with different colours displays the type of customers(Trade, Private, etc.) and the sales value generated by this type. Click on a customer type to view the customers in this type and their sales values.
Sales by User
This is represented with a stacked bar chart. Each colour represents each user, and the sales value generated by each month has given here. Hover the mouse on this bar to view the user name, month and sales value together. Click on each bar to further drill down into the chart, where you can view the value generated by days of that month.
Top Customers
Represented with a funnel chart. The customers with the highest sales value will appear at top of the funnel. Hover the mouse to view the customer name and the sales value generated. Click on any bar that represents a customer to further drill down into the chart, where you will be able to view the products with which the customer achieved this sales value. The top-selling product will be at the top of this funnel.
The following row of 4 widgets is based on the stock quantities(total number of singles) that moved out. Unlike sales, it’s based on the movements date.
TSingles Out
Represented with a line chart. You can view the total singles moved out against the date here. Hover the cursor over each point to view the date and the number of singles moved out together.
TSingles Out by P.Type
Represented with the Doughnut chart. Each colour on the chart represents each product type. Hover the mouse to view which product type it is and how much of it moved out. Click on a product type to drill down into this chart and view which product of this product type is moved out and by how much quantity.

TSingles Out by P.Group
Represented with the Doughnut chart same as the “TSingles Out by P.Type” widget. Click a product group to view what products under this product group moved out and view the moved quantity of each. Click here to view the list of Product groups.
Top Products
Represented using a funnel chart. Products moved out large in quantity has placed on top of the funnel. Hover to view the full product name and the code with its quantity moved out. Click a product to drill down into the chart to view the funnel chart of customers who moved out this product along with the quantity.
