Edit Collection
Allows you to update the collection information for the order without modification of the main order or setting the status back to an earlier status.
Edit Sundries
Allows you to add new sundries to the order, these will be picked up the next time the invoicing system pulls the sundry extract from the orders, once in invoicing they can not be modified other than through invoicing.
