On this tab, you can draft any special message, that you wish to deliver to the recipient with the order.

There are 2 sections of fields on this screen. These are - Instruction and Output.
Instruction
Report - A dropdown field, where you can select templates that can be added to the report. You can add a birthday cake, champagne or Xmas Tree, etc into your message template.
Quantity - You can type in the number of printed copies of the special message that you want to send with the order.
Email Address - The message will be delivered to the given email address at the time of delivery, It replaces sending a printed copy of the message.
Output
In the section Output, you can draft your message. Populate these as required by the report requested.
Make sure you have set the Delivery as well as Collection Configuration options for the ‘Special message’ paperwork in Site Management settings. Set up when the paperwork should be printed, how many copies will be needed, and which printer should be used.
