Access live information on your order from the warehouse (where supported) or request a copy of the ePOD or scanned delivery note.
This section allows you to gain access to your warehouse system and obtain live information from the system.
Your warehouse must be using Vision Warehousing v3.2 or later and you will need to contact them to obtain a security token in order to access this information.
When activated, your screen will show additional buttons:

Order UID | This will show the Order UID for the order from the Warehouse |
Pick UID | This will show the Pick UID for the order from the Warehouse |

Planned Delivery | This is the date and time that it planned for delivery. |
ETA | This is the original time the delivery was expected. Please bear in mind that the warehouse offers a delivery window, usually 30 mins prior to 90 minutes after, the calculated time. |
Delivery | This is the date/time the driver obtained a signature for the goods, they may have arrived prior to this, but this is when the goods were signed for by the customer. |
After obtaining the actual time of delivery along with the Proof of Delivery (POD), it should be accessible within 15 minutes for ePOD deliveries and within 48 hours for paper delivery notes. Subsequently, you can request the POD to be sent directly to you. The POD button will become active once the order is completed.
For the Line Total to calculate correctly throughout the application, both the Unit Price and Singles Price must be present (even if the quantity of Units or Singles is zero
