BI Enquiry & Reporting Dates
Many of the reports within BI operate between set dates, this is done for two reasons,
To minimise the impact on the database when you do not specify dates as many customers have several years of data.
To enable you to fix a reporting period where you will be able to pinpoint a cutoff date.
In order to do this you need to use the Set Report Dates which is in the admin menu
The second option from the left is the one you need; you can simply enter the report dates(from and to) of your choice.
Any enquiry or report within BI where the name states an (S) and (E) in the title uses the dates →
(S) Uses the start date
(E) Uses the end date
