After subscribing, locked features are unavailable

After successfully subscribing you should be able to access the Overview, Reports, Enquiry & Enter orders screen.

Follow the steps below if you’re facing any issues preventing you from accessing these areas.

There are a couple of menu options which are only available to customers storing at warehouses with newer versions of the VCIS website, a message should be shown to you if you try to access those. Eventually they’ll become available when the warehouse update their site to the latest version.

  1. Try closing and reopening the app

  2. After trying that if you’re still facing the same problem try the ‘Restore Purchases’ button

  3. If that doesn’t work then I’d suggest subscribing again - providing you only use a single Apple ID on your mobile then you don’t need to worry about being double charged.

  4. If you continue to face issues try uninstalling the application and reinstalling it.

If you continue to have problems then please use the ‘Support’ menu button in the application to contact our support team, after receiving your ticket number via email please reply with a screenshot of how the application looks for you.
