Site

If you wish to Create a New Delivery Site within Distribution, you can set all the data up for the new Site on this screen. This Site can then be attached to a Depot.

Site Details

You must have already set up the depot.
The fuel charge is calculated as a percentage of the total Delivery costs and is performed once per invoice based on the total cost of all Deliveries processed after a percentage is entered into this field.
- Choosing this option adds a surcharge for the whole site. You can also set a surcharge on Customers based on the Customer Maintenance screen in Vision Invoicing, more information on this screen can be found here: Customer Maintenance

The Fuel Surcharge set in Customer maintenance overrides the Fuel Surcharge settings in the Site

Site Address

This tab will hold the address details for the site.

FTP Details

This tab will hold the File Transfer Protocol (FTP) Details for the site.

Company Details

This tab will hold the Company details for the site.
