Site

If you wish to Create a New Delivery Site within Distribution, you can set all the data up for the new Site on this screen. This Site can then be attached to a Depot.

Site Details

• You must have already set up the depot.

• The fuel charge is calculated as a percentage of the total Delivery costs and is performed once per invoice based on the total cost of all Deliveries processed after a percentage is entered into this field.

  • Choosing this option adds a surcharge for the whole site. You can also set a surcharge on Customers based on the Customer Maintenance screen in Vision Invoicing, more information on this screen can be found here: Customer Maintenance

Site Address

• This tab will hold the address details for the site.

FTP Details

• This tab will hold the File Transfer Protocol (FTP) Details for the site.

Company Details

• This tab will hold the Company details for the site.
