📟External Menu

Setup

External Carriers are setup through contacting Vision Support as each carrier connectivity carries a monthly charge and a per item charge which allows us to develop the API solutions and provide those at a sensible price to end users.

To see what is supported then look at the Global options located here Carrier Integration.

Some carriers are connected directly whilst others are connected through a third party solution which allows us to offer you solutions for small amounts of parcels.

To see which carriers are setup on your system you should go to the navigation bar and select 'External Carriers' from the Logistics Admin sub menu.

When you select an option the menu will open below.
