PII Admin

This screen will allow you to Data Management Orders' PII (Personally Identifiable Information).

Open

• For the Orders, you would be able to select the order and use the Forget Data to remove the order from the list.

  • A message will populate to confirm that you wish to remove all PII data from the selected orders. You will need to click OK on this message

  • Once you have clicked on OK to the confirmed message, another message will confirm that PII data has been forgotten successfully

• This list will show Orders completed more than 30 days ago that are ready to be forgotten filtered by the values you entered in the filter options.

• Double-clicking one of the Orders in the list will open that Order in the Sales Orders screen.
