Reset ePOD Manifest

This function can be used if you have downloaded manifests to a device and then experience an issue with the device so that it can no longer be used, and you need to assign a new device to the driver.

DO NOT use this function, if you intend to carry on using the original device as it could cause issues on the system if the manifests are confirmed on both the original and new devices.

This will reset the manifest so that it can be downloaded onto the new device assigned to the driver of the original device.
