What is this for?

This allows you to request a reprint of despatch documentation for orders which have been pick confirmed.

The Reprint Form

You can choose one or many items to print but you need to have the items you need to print displayed on the right-hand side of the form.

You must enter some values in the filter criteria to use this screen

Once you choose ‘Print Selected’ or ‘Print All’, you will be presented with the Print Despatch Document screen where you can choose which kind of document you are looking for and (in some cases) which Printer to use.

You can view each piece of Paperwork and the type. You can select the printer for each piece of paperwork and view the status.

Click the ‘Use my printers’ button, then you will be presented with options for ‘Print despatch note’ and 'Print despatch labels'.

It is not possible to reprint a Delivery Note once the Delivery has been archived.
