Training has become mandatory for new customers, and will be included in your package.

Please speak to us to arrange your training unless you already have the dates.

The information here should be in the same order as the main screens on the Commerce system therefor it should be relatively simple to find something.

If any questions remain after you read this then you can log a ticket on our support desk.

Training Sessions

Included with your implementation there will be an element of basic introduction to the system and depending on the implementation level there may be some sessions included.

New Customer Training

In the addition to the above if you need it we will provide you with :

30 minute session following the post import email.

30 minute session the day after you do live (within the first week)

Both of these are to help you find your way around the system.

The new customer training (1 to 4) must be taken prior to go live, the go live training session (5) must be within 14 days of the go live.

This is a list of the normal web based sessions, or you can arrange time to cover anything you wish to look at during that time.
