Reports

This report displays the total revenue per Transporter and Transporter Item between a set of dates. Also showing the number of deliveries combined with the cases and invoicing details.

Open

• Once you have entered the details in the Load Criteria, click on the Load button for the results

• If the results include more than one Transporter, only the first Transporters details will be shown until you click on any others in the tree view list on the left

• Export Report button to export the currently displayed report details to a .CSV file

This is a very versatile report, allowing you to report on the Sales Orders and various statuses. It shows all Deliveries where the Order Date is between the date range specified.

Open

• The Report will show you deliveries with  delivery dates between the date range you chose in the Search Criteria Section

  • If you have chosen more than one Delivery Status in the Search Criteria section (see above) it will group the Deliveries by the Statuses and show them separately.

• On the left of the report, you will see a navigation tree.

  • If you did not choose a Site in the Search Criteria section (see above) it will show all of your sites.

    • Click on one of the Sites in this panel and the report will filter down to show just the results for the chosen site

  • If you click on the '+' icon, it will list the Delivery Statuses you checked in the Delivery Status Section

    • Double-clicking on one of the listed Statuses will take you to the page of the Report that shows the clicked Status.

This report will show the Deliveries and Income from the DeliveriesConfirm delivered between the Date Range specified.

Open

• Once you have entered the search criteria, click on the Load button to see the Results

• If you have selected a Transport that has multiple Transport Items, you will see the totals for each Transport Item and then the overall totals under the summary section.

• If you are searching for all Transport, on the left-hand side, you will see a list of all the Transports, you can click on each one to see the report by clicking on the + next to each

• You can choose to Export the Report which will send it via Email.

This Report will show any Deliveries that were not assigned to an EPOD Driver where the Delivery has been updated to C, D, or I but there is No Scanned POD.

Open

• The Report will not show on the screen

• It will Email to the Person whose Email Address is specified

• Once you have entered the search criteria, click the Process button and the Report will be emailed

This Report will show any Deliveries with Delivery Dates between those specified that have not been Delivered and the reason for the Non-Delivery. 

Open

• You must enter at least the Source Depot in the Load Criteria. 

• Once you have entered the details, click on the Load button.

• If you have searched for all Reason Codes, on the left-hand side of the screen, you will see a list of the Depots, and the Reason Codes, you can then double click on the Reason Code to take you to that part of the Report.

• You can choose to Export the Report which will send it via Email.

This report is to show the Cost Analysis

Open

• The manifest date range should be no more than 2 months

• This will show a Manifest Level and Delivery Level

  • Manifest level

    • Total cost by carrier - treemap chart (also showing no of manifests without costs)

    • Total cost by depot - treemap chart (also showing no of manifests without costs)

    • Average cost per KM by carrier - pie chart

    • Average cost per hour by carrier - pie chart

    • Average cost per KM by depot - bar chart

    • Average cost per hour by depot - bar chart

  • Delivery level

    • Total cost by delivery area - treemap chart (also showing no of deliveries without costs)

    • Total cost by the customer - treemap chart

    • Average cost per ICase by delivery area - bar chart

    • Average cost per ICase by the customer - pie chart

    • Average cost per IPallet by delivery area - bar chart

    • Average cost per IPallet by the customer - pie chart

This report shows the different costs, expected, actual. Shows by order/manifest/haulier/customer.

Open

• The manifest date range should be no more than 2 months

• Colour coding on the profit field

  • Red if profit <0

  • Orange if profit = 0

  • Green if profit > 0

  • No colour if profit = NULL

• Group by allowing the user to group by Document Ref (D) / Manifest (M) / Transport (T) / Customer (C),

  • This will be defaulting to Document Ref

• The data will be grouped based on what the user has selected with summed carrier costs and summed delivery total price, and overall profit and GP margin

This Report will show Deliveries and any Problems with those Deliveries where the Order Dates are between those specified.

Open

• For the Delivery Range cannot be more than 1 month after the From date 

• You need to click the Load button to show the results

• This report will show the On time and no issues and not on time and other issues 

• You will see all Deliveries with Order Dates between the Dates you have specified, broken down by Delivery Issue. 

• You can choose to Export the Report which will send it via Email.

This screen will allow you to regenerate the Transport Income

Open

• You will be notified if there are no results that comply with the specified dates.

• You click on the Regenerate button the current Extract Report
