Flex Stock Take

If you create a stock take report within FLEX it will generate the report for the device, in addition it can be viewed on the main VW system.

FLEX provides you the ability to record variances as well as indicate additions to the stock within the location, all of which can be viewed on the output report available in the historical stock take reports option within VW

When you complete the stock take on FLEX it will load this data back into the main VW system, record it and then you can report on it.

Some sample screens are shown below all with test system data, this is just to show you what it looks like.

You will notice above that there is an option to add a new row, this allows you on FLEX only to take a note of something in the location which is not showing on the stock report.

This will be recorded and on the report showing discrepancies.

From a stock take you have to choose whether to adjust the stocks, it could simply be in the wrong location, so investigation is usually necessary
