Every system must have at least one site, that site contains warehouse(s), locations, customers, customer products and customer's stock.

The settings for each site are independent, some settings are controlled at the site level only and others can be overridden through the warehouse, location or customer setup.

This tab is used to set up the Goods Out Printing options for the selected site.

What can you do here……..

Set up printing options for warehouse delivered consignments
Set up and define the collection from warehouse printing settings
Define the standard printer for the Bulk Print for the site.

Print at Option - Depot Print

This option can only be used in conjunction with Vision Distribution system when depot planning.

This section allows you to control the point at which specific Paperworks are printed, and set up the number of copies and the printer.


Paperwork	Options are Individual Despatch Note Despatch Labels Carrier Delivery labels (there is an option to not have the despatch label when this is operational) Product Note - tasting notes for efulfilment Special Message - gift messaging for efulfilment Shipping Note - export orders additional shipping note Despatch Advice note - additional in box paperwork for efulfilment
Print at	Options available are Pick Confirm Picking Despatch Depot Printing [requires Vision Distribution]
Copies	number of copies required, only applicable for individual despatch notes. If an order is defined as being e-document only then no printed copy of the despatch note will be made
