Depot Plan
When your Deliveries are ready for Despatch, they can be added to a manifest which is assigned to a Transport Item, who will then Deliver the Goods.
You can create multiple Manifests and create them in advance of the Delivery Date
When you first open the screen, you will need to select a Depot that you wish to create Manifests for.
You can filter your results if you do not wish to bring back all outstanding Deliveries. (By default all filters and all areas will be selected)
The Deliveries are colour-coded depending on the type of Delivery it is (see the below screenshot for the colours and types).
Take care if clicking the Finalise All button, as it will Finalise ALL Manifests On ALL tabs, not just the tab you are currently on
This list shows available Deliveries based on the filter settings you set.
You can either add the Deliveries to an existing Manifest or create a new one. If you create a new one, it will add it to the Today+1 tab.
To add a Delivery to a Manifest, you select the Delivery you wish to add, and drag and drop it into the Manifest you wish to add it to. If the Delivery has been added correctly it will disappear from the list of delivery's and show within the Manifest when you click the expand '>' button.
If you wish to Remove a Delivery from a Manifest before Finalising it, you just drag and drop it from the Manifest back into the outstanding Delivery's Grid. Ensure your mouse is on the UID number when you drag and drop it across.
If you feel you may need to make further changes to the Manifest before Finalising, you can just click on Save, which will Record any changes you have made but will not Finalise the Manifest.
Once you are happy that no more changes will be made to the Manifest then you can Finalise it, which will then send it to the EPOD (if you are using EPODs), and create the relevant paperwork.
(Although it is possible, no changes should be made to a Manifest once it is Finalised).
